How?

Our workd is a mess (volatile mix, uncertain, complex) - VS - Our world evolves Give humans a serious challenge and watch things get better)

Every organisation has its own unique characterstics

- all work together, and have a feedback loop - no-one got the last advantage

Cross-school and in-school leads - create opportunities to share gems and spread across the whole community, rather than a small group.

Collective Advantage - Kāhui Ako

there is already come collaboration within schools (teacher / teacher, family to family, student to student)- goal is to Increase level of horizontal learning / lateral learning across the schools.

really busy collaboration - buy-in, come up with findings. Some more useful and applicable than others - some worked, and some didn't work, but gained some interesting learning through mistakes, etc,

some very valuable results from some inquiries...across school leads, and in-school leads take up the findings, and design an implementation to apply findings, through the leardership level - because other people need to know about them.  = Taking the ideas from the learning melee and raising it to the strategic level - to put it back through the system again.

have to create a learning melee- across the schools and out through the communities. Business and usual leaders (principals, leaders in school) have to interact with the across school leaders for the Kāhui Ako - sopreadying stuff across the whole community - to the right people (not everybody needs to know everything)

you don't have to control the periphery people to get them involved - the minute you start mandating
