·       Need for Paradigm Shift:

·       Be convivial – stop talking about the weather. Embrace it and work with it – city design working in harmony – fit for purpose. Change design.

o   Build more indoor-outdoor spaces – with removable rooves

o   Put a roof on it


o   Create a microclimate – greener biodiversity

o   Take the streets back for the people (take away overpasses for walkers)

·       Be more connected

·       Be collaborative
